1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of forhex.in, run by FORHEX — the Federation of Rajasthan Handicraft Exporters, Jaipur (“FORHEX”, “we”, “us”). By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. Information on the website
We publish information about FORHEX, its membership and the FORHEX Fair in good faith and try to keep it accurate and current. Event dates, venues, participation prices, discounts and offers can change and are confirmed only through FORHEX’s official communication. Prices shown are indicative and exclude GST unless stated otherwise.
3. Membership and fair participation
Submitting a form, application or enquiry through the website is a request, not a confirmation. Membership and FORHEX Fair participation are subject to review and approval by FORHEX, to the availability of space, and to the exhibitor guidelines, venue regulations and payment terms that FORHEX issues separately. Stall size, location and configuration are decided by FORHEX. Where those documents differ from anything on this website, those documents apply.
4. Information you send us
Please make sure the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share any images, catalogues or documents you send. By sending them, you allow FORHEX to use them to review your application and to plan and curate the fair. How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual property
The FORHEX name and logo, the FORHEX Fair name and branding, and the text, photographs, graphics and design of this website belong to FORHEX or to the people who created them. You may view and share pages for personal or business reference, but you may not copy, modify, sell or reuse the content or branding without our written permission.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the website in a way that is unlawful, misleading or harmful — for example by attempting to break into it, disrupt it, send spam through its forms, or impersonate FORHEX or anyone else.
7. Links to other websites
The website links to other sites, such as social media pages, maps and government schemes. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.
